Learn Fundamental Analysis That Actually Works
Most traders rely on charts and technical indicators. But what if you could spot opportunities before they show up on any chart? Our program teaches you to read company financials, understand market sentiment, and make decisions based on real business value rather than price patterns alone.
Get Started
What You'll Learn Over Six Months
Starting September 2025, we're breaking down everything from balance sheets to market psychology. Each module builds on the last, so by the end you'll be analyzing companies like a professional analyst.
Financial Statements Deep Dive
You'll learn to read balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports. We skip the accounting jargon and focus on what actually matters for trading decisions.
Valuation Methods
DCF models, P/E ratios, book value analysis. We teach you multiple ways to figure out what a company is really worth, not just what the market thinks it's worth today.
Industry Analysis
Different sectors behave differently. Tech companies need different metrics than banks. Manufacturing has its own quirks. You'll understand the context behind the numbers.
Economic Indicators
Interest rates, GDP growth, unemployment numbers. Learn which economic data actually moves markets and which numbers are just noise.
Risk Assessment
Every investment has risks. Debt levels, management quality, competitive threats. We show you how to spot red flags before they become problems.
Building Your Analysis Framework
The final month is about putting it all together. You'll develop your own checklist and process for evaluating any company in any market.
Who's Teaching This Program
Both instructors have been analyzing companies professionally for over a decade. They've worked with institutional investors, managed portfolios, and made their share of mistakes along the way. That's what makes them good teachers—they know what works and what doesn't from actual experience.
Torsten Hjelm
Senior Financial AnalystTorsten spent eight years at investment firms in Stockholm before moving to Seoul in 2019. He specializes in tech and manufacturing sector analysis, and has a knack for explaining complex valuation concepts in plain language.
Dragomir Petrescu
Market Research DirectorDragomir has been tracking Asian markets since 2011. His background in economic policy gives him a unique perspective on how macro trends affect individual companies. He teaches the economic indicators module.
Real Company Analysis, Not Just Theory
Every week you'll analyze actual companies. Not hypothetical examples from textbooks, but businesses currently trading in Korean, Japanese, and American markets. You'll write reports, present findings, and defend your conclusions to the group.
By the end of the program, you'll have a portfolio of analysis work that shows what you can do. Some past students have used these projects when applying for analyst positions.
Samsung Electronics Deep Dive
Full fundamental review including semiconductor division analysis, capital allocation assessment, and competitive positioning versus TSMC and Intel.
Banking Sector Comparison
Comparative analysis of three major Korean banks looking at loan quality, interest margin trends, and regulatory impact assessment.
IPO Evaluation Project
Analysis of a recent tech IPO—was it overpriced, fairly valued, or a bargain? Students present buy/sell/hold recommendations with supporting data.
